1. What is your return policy?
We do not accept general returns, including sizing issues or change-of-mind requests, since all products are made to order. However, if there’s a quality issue (such as a print error or damage), we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund after verification.
2. How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Take clear photos of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Include your order number.
- Email everything to contact@support.aesthetikaofficial.com.
We’ll respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but only before it goes into production.
Use the link provided in your confirmation email to cancel or edit your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
No. Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing errors. We recommend carefully reviewing our sizing charts before purchasing.
5. How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any quality issues with your order. Please reach out as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
6. Are donations and tips refundable?
No. Donations and tips are non-refundable and non-cancellable once checkout is completed.
7. What if I can’t access locked content I paid for?
Locked messages or content are non-refundable, but if you’re experiencing access issues, email us at contact@support.aesthetikaofficial.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
8. How are refunds processed and how long do they take?
If approved:
- PayPal refunds will reflect in your account within 24 business hours.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
