- Take clear photos showing the issue (e.g., misprint, defect, or damage).
- Include your order number in the email.

Returns or refunds will only be processed after receiving proper photographic evidence of the issue.
Made-to-Order Policy
Please note that all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order before it goes into production using the link in your order confirmation email.
Once production begins:

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for products with verified defects. If approved, refunds are processed as follows:
